Do you really guarantee your products?

Absolutely. If for any reason you don’t love your new All Mankind CD, shirt, or any other product bought through our store, we will refund you the entire amount + 10%. Simply email us at sales@allmankind, let us know why & we’ll send you the refund! All you need to remember is that for shirts, CDs & badges, you will need to return the physical product before the refund is credited to your account.

Of course, we doubt you’ll ever have to use this guarantee, but its there for you just in case!

How do I place a web order?

1. Find the product you would like to purchase then chose the size ect.
2. click on the add to cart button.
3. Goto the checkout and enter your shipping details then once all details are entered you will be taken to paypal.
4. On the paypal website enter your payment details and then press pay now.

How secure is your website/PayPal?

All personal information given to All Mankind is fully protected and will NEVER be sold or given to any third party. Customers also can sleep safe knowing that our payment system is through PayPal, which means you have one of the biggest and best online payment companies on the planet securing your information every time you pay for a product. Your internet browser can be a help in understanding when you visit a secure page on our website. Just check in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. If a small lock icon appears, this means the information on the page is protected and safe.

How do I make a change to my order after it has been placed?!

Send us an email at store@allmankind.net as soon as possible to let us know what you would liked changed. If email is received before we ship the merchandise we will be able to change it.

What is your return policy?

If your not satisfied with your merchandise return it within 7 days and we will give you a full refund. We will not refund CDs unless it arrives damaged.Shipping costs are not refundable.

What type of t-shirts do you use?

We use Gildan t-shirts which include the following features

Can i order bulk cds or tshirts?

Yes! If you want to buy a whole bunch of stuff with us then make sure you send us an email at store@allmankind.net and we will get in contact and work out the best option for you!

How long will it take for you to ship my order?

For domestic orders it will take 3-5 days to receive your goods.

For international orders it takes a minimum of 2-3 weeks.

How will my order be shipped?

All items will be shipped through Australia post. For more information on Australia post go to www.auspost.com.au
